This smooth, buttery bean is ideal for adding into soups, salads, veggie burgers and meatballs, casseroles and stews. Dry cannellini beans must be pre-soaked before use and then boiled until they are tender.

Cooking Instructions

1. Soak for 6-8 hours or overnight. 2. Rinse, add to pan and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 60-90 minutes or until tender. 5. Drain and serve.
